This contact page explains the limits of a private reference resource and routes questions about official Clarke County court dockets and case records. The correct destination is usually the clerk or court that heard the matter. The court name, case number, date, and record type help the office send a request to the right counter.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

These are the main routes for official records and settings in Clarke County:

  • A docket sheet: use the Clerk Case Search entry or Georgia Courts E-Access to Clarke State or Clarke Superior, then request the docket from the proper clerk if the portal does not show it
  • A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
  • Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
  • A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
  • Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case

For civil and criminal dockets held by Superior or State Court, the primary counter is Clerk of Superior and State Courts, Elisa Zarate, 325 East Washington Street, Room 450, Athens, GA 30601, 706-613-3190. The published public hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Magistrate, Probate, Juvenile, and Municipal matters use separate offices.
