About Clarke County Court Docket

Clarke County court dockets and case records are spread across the Clerk of Superior and State Courts, lower-court clerks, city courts, and a provider directory that sends State and Superior users to PeachCourt. A calendar PDF is not the same thing as a case register, and a payment portal is not a certified record. This private reference resource brings those distinctions, official contacts, and local search routes together for readers who need to find the right court before they request a date, docket entry, or copy.

Why We Built This Site

Georgia makes court access local and provider based. In Clarke County, Elisa Zarate's unified Clerk of Superior and State Courts keeps the official civil and criminal actions filed in those two courts, while Magistrate, Probate, Juvenile, and Municipal clerks keep their own records. The Georgia Courts E-Access directory points Clarke State and Clarke Superior users to PeachCourt, but Georgia does not offer one free statewide docket index. The result is a network of named offices, calendar pages, vendor systems, and request forms that must be matched to the court that owns the case.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Clarke County
  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to a Georgia court, Clarke County clerk, or state agency. There are real limits to what it can do:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
